• The reference point can be reached again using the key combination CTRL + left mouse button

Cut

• Improved cut view accuracy. This has a direct impact on the accuracy of dimension distances

References

• Auxiliary lines in the released reference are only displayed in the released area
• In released references, arcs are again displayed as round and no longer segmented, regardless of the line type used

System

• Reorganize - Rooms are no longer removed if the room stamp is not present

2D Functions

• Cut Polylines - The cut line always extends over the entire area of the polyline. The preview of the cutting line has been revised to clarify this
• Slice Polylines - Undo behaviour has been optimized
• Hatches - with the new function "Align Hatches" the starting point and the angle of an existing hatch can be redefined
• Polygon - Rectangles are again created with 2D lines by default and the "Centre" option is available again. Optionally, rectangles can be created as polylines

3D Functions

• 3D Line - With 3D input active, confirming the target coordinates via the ENTER key could cause a crash. This has been fixed

Architectural Construction

• Draw walls - the function "follow wall" only considered windows and doors. Breakthroughs and other wall openings are now also recognized

Evaluation/Reports

• Evaluation – The dialog 'Should slide XYZ be switched on?' when displaying elements in the drawing from the evaluation could not always be closed. This has been fixed
• Reports - Reports for windows only showed deductible window sizes. This has been corrected and all windows are now displayed again in the window reports

Views/Plot sheets

• When the sheet was rotated, an additional plan was created '$$OrthoRotated' when creating a plan in the plan display. This is no longer the case
• The 'Rotate by Angle' option is now saved to the sheet
• Plan sections in a drawing could produce disruptive vertical lines when the drawing area was rotated. This is no longer the case
• Plan sections and exempted references ignored the set section

System

• When creating a file, the entire path was displayed with the file name
• Updating the artboard when activating slides is now more reliable
• Closing the colour dialog could take a long time. This has been fixed
• The switching status of the free cursor is taken into account again. If the free cursor is not active, the cursor is always displayed at the end of a line
• Magnetic cursor (+ Shift key) caught unwanted plumb points on lines, auxiliary lines or snap tracks. Behaviour has been improved
• Using several E-Dongles at the same time could cause problems when starting SPIRIT. The correct license was then not found
• Object inspector - The properties of the element are also displayed when an element is selected again. Previously, the information was hidden

2D Functions

• Arrange - An infinite loop could occur when arranging elements. The cause has been fixed

Evaluation/Reports

• Legend - The legend is now displayed with all entries
• Polylines - The perimeter of polylines can now be evaluated with and without deduction

Interoperability

• DWG Import - The import could abort with the message "An invalid character was found in the text content". The cause has been fixed
• IFC Export – The apartment unit is correctly written back into the IFC file

Views/Plot sheets

• When you click the "Show print layout" button, the drawing area is updated directly
• Changing the plan order was incorrect. You can now move as often as you like using the corresponding buttons
• Changing a plan name in the dockable dialogue "View Manager" did not have an immediate effect in some cases in the dockable dialogue "Sheet Manager" docking dialog
• The angle of rotation of a plot section is now displayed and saved in degrees under "Plot section rotation" and can be adjusted here in the active plan
• The displacement of a plot section is now displayed in the currently set unit of measurement

Symbols

• The preview of symbols in TPL catalogues was sometimes incomplete. This has been fixed

Architectural Construction

• An already defined expansion structure in as-built drawings from older SPIRIT versions could cause the error "* * already exists" when opening. The cause has been fixed
• In individual cases, the assignment to the component files could be lost. Corrections have been made here to prevent this

Evaluation/Reports

• In some cases, the report service started with an error message. The cause has been corrected

Labelling

• When writing texts, in some cases the backspace key might not work correctly. The cause has been corrected

Printing

• Display errors could occur when creating PDF files created via "Print to PDF". The cause has been corrected

Interface

• After a crash it could happen that the custom interface was reset. Corrections have been made here to prevent this

Views/Plot sheets

• It was no longer possible to export a plan list. This has been fixed

Symbols

• When copying symbols via the clipboard, it could happen that they were not inserted correctly and were not visible. The cause has been corrected

System

• The error message "EListError" when changing drawings no longer occurs
• Dynamic input methods: after pressing the TAB key to change the input field, ortho mode stopped working. This has been fixed

2D Functions

• 2D walls - the wall thickness is no longer adjusted unintentionally
• 2D walls - the wall style file can be saved again
• Align – Texts are now stretched as well
• Stretching - stretching in large drawings has been significantly accelerated

Evaluation/Reports

• Viewing rooms from AVANTI has been improved
• Calling up the cost analysis in the pull-down menu led to a crash. This has been fixed

Printing

• Print To PDF - non-closed polylines with colour fills were sometimes output incorrectly. This has been fixed
• Print preview – the switches overlaid on 4K monitors. This has been fixed

Interface

• Dynamic cursor - when changing the input fields using the Tab key, the cursor position is no longer reset after a manual input
• Dynamic cursor - changing input fields using the Tab key followed by a right click led to an incorrect reference point. This has been fixed
• Dynamic cursor - entering the background colour of the input field is now applied immediately
• Explorer - the set file display (icons or list) is saved and retained permanently

System

• Views - after importing a view list, it could happen that some views could not be activated. This has been fixed
• Program start - when starting the program with the start assistant, it could happen that this was not operable. This has been fixed

2D Functions

• Move - The Arrange function can now be applied to any element on a slide
• Legend – The legend has been expanded to include cost elements, columns, slabs, niches and free components
• Polylines - The setting of the 'Decompose into Lines/Arcs' switch is retained
• Polylines - Edit holes by using the object handles enhanced
• Mirroring - Mirroring images now works in all situations
• Stretch - Improved performance in large drawings
• Polygon - The setting of the 'Explode' button in the Polygon menu is now preserved

Architectural Construction

• The base/height did not change when the room foils were switched

Labelling

• Dimension Editor - The set background colour was not adopted
• Dimension Editor - Left Offset and Right Offset were swapped

• Texts - Fixed display errors with texts with superscript '5'

 Interoperability

• The SKP import and SKP export were not possible. The reason for this was corrected

Printing

• Printing to DWG - Stamp variables are now all correctly exported to DWG
• Print server - The target directory could not be changed
• Print server - Contents from saved print job are loaded correctly again
• The variables for the file name when printing have been expanded to include the project designations

PDF import

• There could be a shift between the image display and snap points. Optimizations have been made here

• For "Import mode 2017" the options have been expanded to include "Resolution"

• For the import "Import PDF as JPG" the options have been expanded with"Resolution" and "Compression"

• When importing with the 2019 import mode, there are settings for texts.
  Texts can be imported "not at all", "in poor quality" or "as in the original".
  In the event of display problems after the import, changing the setting can lead to lead to an improvement

• Dockable dialogue "Layer Manager" - Fixed button labels

• When selecting the output names, the variables for 'Project Name' and 'Project Number' are now also available

Symbols

• A function has been added to set all 2D elements to base and height 0 in symbols

• Double-clicking on an S12-file did not open the drawing when SPIRIT was minimized

• Print server - The forced saving of drawings when calling up the print manager is no longer executed. It is only saved if the external process for PDF printing is used and only open files are saved
• Print server - The dialog can no longer be minimized. When minimized, SPIRIT looked like it had crashed

Interface

• Dockable dialogue "Layer Manager" - Moving layers to the top of the layer stack now works as intended
• Dockable dialogue "Object Inspector" - With multiple selection, different values are marked accordingly in the object inspector

References

• Importing references written on a locked slide caused the import to stop. This has been fixed

Symbols

• Symbols can now also be pointed out with a specific colour
• Symbol reference points were no longer considered in selection. This has been fixed

• Detaching rooms via 'Follow wall' works correctly again if walls are on different construction layers
• 'Level' is now available as a space stamp variable and can replace 'Order'
• 'No construction phase' or 'No residential unit' can now also be selected for the construction phase and residential unit
• The 'Extension' function in the room menu has been moved to 'F2 Extension' and is therefore more present
• When inserting openings in composite walls, the heights of the wall layers are now taken into account

• When changing part nodes, the updateable overview was not immediately filled. This has been corrected

Labelling

• Text blocks - Text blocks were not displayed on some workstations, they are displayed correctly again

• DWG import - The import of special characters in variables has been improved
• Print to DWG - Prefix and suffix are now transferred correctly

• 3D Viewer - If the 3D Viewer was maximized when closing SPIRIT, this led to an error message when SPIRIT was restarted. This has been corrected
• File Manager - Redefining symbols now applies all changes
