Description

You can create your own parts, such as weights or heavy-duty supports. You can draw the part with the SketchUp functions and describe it in more detail in a dialog. The drawing is then saved in a specific folder and is then available as a component for use in other drawings.

Your own parts are displayed in a separate tab in the material list and are also included in the reports.

  1. Open a new drawing (File> New from Template).
  2. Remove the start figure and draw the new component.

(Haken) The scaffmax functions dialog is displayed.
  4. Double-click the line Part.
(Haken) The Definition of user component dialog is displayed.

  5. In the Component name line, double-click in the Content field and enter a name.
  6. Enter the article number, item (=description), weight (kg), time (seconds) and price (euros) in this way.

Description

In order to ensure a better evaluation of "exploded" scaffolds, the instance name of the components will be supplemented with a prefix as scaffold system identifier from version 2020 (e.g. 1.2 = internal manufacturer number.internal system number of the manufacturer). Without an update, the material list remains empty.
