Description
Components from the scaffolding can be assigned to a SET and objects that have already been assigned can be removed from a SET.
A component can also be assigned to several SETs, depending on which structuring is required for the scaffolding.
The components of a SET can be highlighted (colored blue), hidden and shown again.
With these functions, a scaffolding can be gradually assigned to the various SETs.
It is always possible to start over again by removing all assignments and making all SETs empty again.
Prerequisites
- A scaffolding exists.
- A SET structure exists.
Steps
- Click on Advanced features in the scaffmax command bar.
The scaffmax functions dialog is displayed. - Double-click the line SET.

Select a SET in the table.
(Check mark) The line is highlighted in yellow.
Right-click on the framework.
(checkmark) The context menu is displayed.
(Info) Manually generated frameworks usually consist of individual components and therefore do not have to be broken down into individual parts.
In the context menu, select the Break into individual parts function.
(Hook) The scaffolding now consists of individual components and can therefore be more easily assigned to a SET.
Result
You have assigned the scaffolding components to different SETs. The associations are saved in the drawing.
